The hardworking social committee offers
up monthly events that include something for everyone. There
are evenings at the theater – such as The Producers,
Making Porn and Take Me Out, among other productions. The
committee also organizes Dine Around events where members
and their guests meet at a restaurant for an evening of food
and conversation.
Members of BPG take turns hosting a monthly
Open House. There, the membership and guests can visit their
place of business and learn more about what they do. This
is not only a social event, but also a chance to learn about
other business models and to discuss concerns and issues affecting
industries and businesses in the area. Not all businesses
are conducive to entertaining groups of people; so sometimes
members will team up to host an Open House at a convenient
location.
